FAQs and Fine Print

When can I sign up? Enrollment for 2023 opens up Monday, June 5th to select families. This enrollment window closes Friday, June 9th at 11:59pm.

What if I don't want client closet access? This is complimentary service that is absolutely optional, but there is no price adjustment for moms who opt out.

What's a lifetime gallery? For non-members, online galleries expire one month after they are opened. Your gallery will remain opened for the life of your membership. It will be home all of your family sessions as long as you keep your membership, so you'll have everything backed up in one place as long as you're  a member.

Can I cancel? Enrollment is on a 12 month basis. Each year you renew you will be locked into a one year membership. If you cannot afford to keep your membership, it can be stopped, as long as none of your sessions have taken place yet. If you have not had your session yet, you may cancel, but no money can be refunded. Instead, it can be used as a credit towards a regular session within 12 months of cancellation.

I paid a regular retainer but want to switch to a membership. Not a problem! We can refund that if you are choosing to switch to a membership.

What if I don't schedule all of my sessions? Life happens somtimes. If for one reason or another you don't, there is a 3 month grace period beyond your 12 month membership to schedule your missed session(s).

Can I change my membership level? You'll have an opportunity to try a different level every year when you renew, but you are locked into your level during your annual enrollment.

*The Member is responsible for scheduling their session using the link provided by The Photographer within the time frame outlined by The Photographer. Should The Member fail to schedule within that time frame, The Photographer will make all efforts to schedule their session based on availability, but cannot guarantee The Member's preferred time and date. Once initiated, The Member may not cancel or terminate their membership without explicit written consent from The Photographer. The Member is responsible for 12 monthly payments of $100. $150 or $200 depending on their chosen Tier , automatically charged every month. Failure to pay within 14 days of this due date may lead to termination of the membership. If The Member has had at least one of their photo sessions take place, they will be billed for the remainder of their 12 months with a $50 surcharge each month their payment is missed. Once Membership is terminated, The Member's Lifetime Gallery will expire as well as any unused Print Credits. The Member will receive a coupon code for a $300 print credit to be used within their gallery. This credit has no cash value and can only be used within their gallery. The Member shall use their print credit before their Membership expires or renews. Print credits cannot be rolled over into a new calendar year or combined with other credits.
