FAQs

Do I have to purchase a package in advance?

Nope! There are no upfront costs and no obligation to buy. There is a 10% discount if you purchase credits in advance.

Will I get to choose a different background.

In order to deliver you a variety of "poses", I do not offer interchangeable backgrounds. This also ensures the photos made of your child are timeless, and will always look good hanging in any room of your home.

What does the background look like?

Your child will be photographed against solid black, white, and/or grey depending on what the school picks. Schools needing yearbook photos and senior portraits will also have a traditional mottled blueish-grey backdrop.

Will these full body shots?

Nope! Your child will only be photographed mostly belly button up.

When will my photos be ready?

Depending on the size of your school, you can expect your photos to be ready between 2-4 weeks. You will be notified by the email you provide once they are ready.

How do I get my photos?

Digital image purchases will be delivered to your email. Print purchases will be shipped directly to you, not the school.

So what can I expect these photos to look like?

In case you haven't figured it out, these aren't going to be anything like the school photos you and I had as kids. In most cases, I only use window lights, photograph kids against a plain backdrop, and offer families a variety of photos of their children to choose from.
