FAQ "When Will I Get My Photos?"

As a photographer, delivering stunning and high-quality images to my clients is one of the most important aspects of my job. I understand that you're eager to see your photos as soon as possible, but it's important to understand that there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes before your photos are ready to be delivered to your inbox. This usually takes me up to two weeks.

After your photo session, the first thing I do is upload all of the photos to my computer. This process can take a bit of time, especially if we took a lot of photos during the session. Once the photos are uploaded, I begin the process of culling the images. This means I go through all of the photos and select the very best ones to edit and deliver to you.

Next comes the editing process. This is where I adjust things like exposure, contrast, and color to make your photos look their best. It's important to me that the editing style that you get matches what you've seen in my online portfolio. Depending on the session, this process can take several hours. Additionally, if any retouching needs to be done, such as removing blemishes or flyaway hairs, this is also done during the editing process.

Once all of the editing is complete, I then convert all of the photos to black and white, because I want you to have the option of both color and black and white photos when you're designing your wall galleries.

After all of these steps are complete, the final step is to upload the edited photos to your online gallery. This is where you will be able to view and download your images. I take great care to ensure that your photos are delivered in a timely manner, while also ensuring that the quality is top-notch.

I understand that waiting up to two weeks for your photos may seem like a long time, but please know that I'm working diligently to deliver your images as soon as possible. Please know that your patience is greatly appreciated and the results will be worth the wait.

As your photographer, I want to ensure that you receive stunning, high-quality images that you will cherish for years to come. The process of uploading, culling, editing, and delivering your photos takes time, but it's all part of the effort to provide you with the best possible experience. Thank you for entrusting me with your memories, and I look forward to delivering your photos soon!
